2012年10月21日湖北中医药学院、汽车学院联谊活动
<p align="center"><strong>湖医药和汽院新世纪女生聚餐总结</strong></p>
<p><strong>活动背景</strong>：我们来到一个新的环境，难免会孤独寂寞，通过聚餐来增加我们新世纪女生之间的感情，交流生活各方面的经验，让姐妹之间得到更好的互相了解，融入我们这个友爱的大家庭里，也为以后新世纪教育基金顺利举办各种活动打下基础。为此我们商定举办此次聚餐活动。</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>活动主题</strong>：快乐聚餐，凝聚你我</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>活动目的：</strong>我们新世纪的女生来自不同的地方，不同的专业，彼此之间几乎都不认识，我们都期待进一步认识与交流，期待融入这个有爱的集体，通过聚餐这种方式，让姐妹们在轻松的环境中，坐在一起吃着饭，就像一家人，聊聊自己的学习及感兴趣的事，在欢声笑语中收货友谊和家的温暖。加深了解，促进友谊，对新世纪这个集体产生归属感。</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>活动时间</strong>：2012年10月21日12：00——14：00</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>活动地点：</strong>湖北医药学院对面李二鲜鱼村</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>组织人员：</strong>刘海秀、余翠</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>参与人员</strong>：12届陆云、张琼、金蕾、代芳芳，11届姚玉玲、余翠、刘海秀、郭丽、胡丽、</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>活动流程</strong>：</p> <ul><li>用飞信、短信或电话联系新世纪的女生们，确保每人都知道此次的活动，并告知相关事宜，确定参与的人数。</li><li>确定聚餐的地点，订好座位，购买相关物品。</li><li>在约定的地点迎接新世纪的女生们，带领到目的地。</li><li>开餐前自我介绍相互认识，聊一些感兴趣的事，期待聚餐的开始。</li><li>品尝完了鱼片的美味，我们一起打扑克，畅谈学校生活各种心得。</li><li>聚餐结束，大家安全返校。</li></ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>活动总结</strong>：</p> <p>整个聚餐的过程中，大家有说有笑，互相交流着。平时我们没有见过的姐妹们经过此次聚餐也渐渐的熟悉起来了，聚餐活动在积极高昂的气氛中进行着，大家互相夹菜，相互关照。聚餐结束后每个人都笑容满面的离开了聚餐地点，安全返回了学校。</p> <p> 这是湖医药和汽院新世纪的女生们第一次举办活动，为后续的活动奠定了基础。这次活动，一方面给了新世纪女生进一步了解新世纪教育基金这一组织的认识的机会；另一方面，也是更为重要一方面，这一次聚餐也给了新世纪女生们一次认识、了解、交流、理解的机会，加强了姐妹们之间的沟通与交流，促进了我们新世纪女生成为一个团结友爱具有凝聚力的集体。</p> <p>当然此次活动也有一些不足之处。首先，没有争取到每一位新世纪女生的参与，参与的人数不是很多；其次，除了聚餐，没有其它较为有趣有意义的后续活动，吃饭时气氛不是很浓烈，有一种“美中不足”的气氛，大家显得有点拘束，彼此之间的交流不是很深入。上述暴露的两个问题，为我们以后组织活动指出了应该注意的问题。第一，积极宣传，协调配合大家的时间力争每位姐妹们都参与其中；第二，以后组织活动时创新思路，使活动新颖独特，更好达到交流的目的。</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>活动感想：</strong></p> <p>聚餐的目的不是吃吃喝喝，而是我们以聚餐的形式来更好的让大家相互认识了解，进而成为相亲相爱的姐妹，在以后的生活中相互帮助，虽不是一家人却像一家人一样的相处，使新世纪这个大家庭更具凝聚力。</p> <p> 我们相聚在新世纪教育基金这一大家庭下，我们离开了父母，但我们在这里认识了更多的姐妹，让我们情同手足，姐妹情谊没有因为距离而产生代沟。</p> <p> 通过此次聚餐，姐妹们在轻松有趣的氛围中一起交流，一起玩乐，吃饭后姐妹们的感情变得深厚了，彼此间的话题更多了。</p> <p> 当我们以后再看到这些场景时，我相信每个人的脸上都会露出笑容，记得这份情谊。</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>活动经费</strong></p> <p> </p> <table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width: 668px;" width="668"><tbody><tr><td style="width: 134px;
